Title: Mustard Dill Sauce
Categories: Sauce
Yield: 4 Servings

3/4cPlain nonfat yogurt
1/4cPrepared mustard, spicy or dijon
1tsDried dill weed
1/2tsOnion powder
1/2tsHoney

Mix ingredients thoroughly in a small bowl. Serve on vegetables or fish.

Store any remaining sauce in a covered container in the refrigerator.

Yield: 1 cup

I mixed my mustards in this recipe. I used about 1/2 and 1/2 plain sandwich mustard and dijon mustard and it still had quite a bite to it. It's a very flavorful sauce that is very good with fish!!
